Registration:


The POrtalBurn ticketing system is based on the Fire Pony Peacock ticketing system, but it operates completely independently.



To purchase a POrtalBurn ticket, all participants must register using their legal name and address, ensuring it matches their government-issued ID.


Main Sale & OMG Sale:


Once participants have completed registration, they can access the ticket sale by logging into their accounts at the specified date and time. A clickable link will appear once the sale begins, allowing participants to join the queue. Each participant will be assigned a random position in the queue during the sale process. Each account is permitted to purchase up to two adult tickets and a maximum of five tickets from each of the under-18 categories.



Passes (Car, Truck, Trailer, RV)

One pass can be purchased per sale. You Must have a ticket to buy a car pass. Once they are

out they are out.

Standard vehicle - $25 

*ALL vehicles on site must have a parking pass

*Standard Means - it fits in one standard parking spot

Oversized vehicle with onsite access - $40

More than one parking spot

No need for additional parking pass for car

Utility Trailer no onsite access  - $40

Includes tow vehicle

RV’s

ANY RV that arrives onsite without a approved RV PASS will be

turned away! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Number of available RV Spaces are very limited and will be determined by placement and the BOD.

Process

  1. You must have a ticket to apply.
  2. You must apply for RV placement, (does not guarantee a spot)
  3. You must have a ticket to apply.
  4. Tthere will be a link to apply in the ticket confirmation
  5. If approved, you will be sent a link to purchase RV pass for 40 dollars.
  6. You will be notified when RV reviewal process data happens.


Wrist bands

All participants must wear their wristband at all times during the event

Wristbands may be worn on the wrist or ankle

Each wristband contains a unique ID number linked to your account

This ID allows event staff to identify:

Event staff will periodically check wristbands to endure they are linked to a ticketholder and account.

throughout the event


Reserve Tickets / Ticket Aid:




  1. Anyone receiving a reserved ticket will received a confirmation from the board.
  2. A second follow-up email will be sent from Ticketing with a link that allows access to the reserved ticket sale.
  3. Participants holding reserved tickets may purchase their tickets after completing registration, but all tickets must be purchased by the Reserved Ticket / Ticket Aid deadline.
  4. Any ticket links not used by the deadline will be revoked.
  5. Unpurchased reserved tickets will be released and made available in the OMG sale.


TICKET-AID TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE! IF YOU CAN NO LONGER ATTEND EMAIL TICKETING AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO HELP YOU.
