Your position in the queue is assigned when you enter the sale. This is not a lottery. Placement is based on the exact time your request is received and registered by the server.
This process cannot be faked. Your position is determined by the server timestamp at the moment your request is processed and your queue token is assigned. If many people enter at the same time, positions are assigned in order of those timestamps.

POrtalBurn 2026 Ticketing Information!
General Sale Tickets:
Limit 2 per sale and 1 car pass
up to 5 children's tickets, age will be verified.
Adults holding a children's ticket will be denied entry.
Every participant must sign the digital waver.
Once a ticket has been purchased, you will be required to sign the appropriate waiver through our digital system.
Important: If you refuse to use the digital system, your entry will be denied.
Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
RV & Trailer Passes
RV /Camper
Application link will be provided in ticket purchase confirmation E-mail.
Review Process:
- Priority will be given to RVs associated with theme camps.
- Remaining passes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The size of your camper will be considered to ensure optimal placement.
We are striving to accommodate as many attendees who wish to bring campers to the hill as possible.
When filling out your application, please provide detailed information about your vehicle. Additionally, your expected arrival time will be taken into account—especially if you plan to arrive at night or after the lots have reached capacity.
OVERSIZE VEHICLES:
For Trailers Carrying Art/Theme Camp Supplies (Not for Sleeping):

Expectations:
- Your trailer will be parked in a designated parking lot.
- We may need you to disconnect it from your vehicle. We understand it’s inconvenient, but cooperation is key to making this work smoothly for everyone.
- Many trailers, especially U-Hauls, look very similar. Please ensure your trailer is clearly marked to avoid any mix-ups or accidental swaps.
Reserve Tickets and Ticket Aid:
If you are expecting a reserve ticket, you will receive an email notifying you that your ticket is ready for purchase. You may then log into your Jackalope account and purchase your ticket.

Ages 12 and under: Free! (But still requires a ticket)
Ages 12–17: $100 each
Every child needs a waiver.
Children need to be supervised at all times.
POrtalBurn is committed to allowing families with children at the Event.
Children are NOT allowed in the Redlight District at any time, regardless of age or event.
They may NOT enter or camp within the REDLIGHT District under any circumstances. This policy is in place for the safety of your children and to protect the consent of adult participants and the integrity of adult performances within the district.
If a child is found in the REDLIGHT District, the parent or guardian will be subject to immediate expulsion from the event.
