Registration:

The POrtalBurn ticketing system is based on the Fire Pony Peacock ticketing system, but it operates completely independently.

To purchase a POrtalBurn ticket, all participants must register using their legal name and address, ensuring it matches their government-issued ID.

Main Sale & OMG Sale:

Once participants have completed registration, they can access the ticket sale by logging into their accounts at the specified date and time. A clickable link will appear once the sale begins, allowing participants to join the queue. Each participant will be assigned a random position in the queue during the sale process. Each account is permitted to purchase up to two adult tickets and a maximum of five tickets from each of the under-18 categories.

Passes

Car Pass $5 dollars, One Car pass can be purchased per sale.

RV/ Camper /Trailer $10 dollars and must be applied for on the main ticketing website.

we will send a link to purchase an RV/ Camper /Trailer pass.

Reserve Tickets:

Participants holding Reserve tickets can purchase their tickets after registration and confirmation by the ticketing staff.

A member of the ticketing staff will add eligible participants to the Reserve Ticket Sale upon verification.

No code is required for Reserve tickets; they will be directly linked to the participant's profile.

Once logged into their account, Reserve tickets will be available for purchase.
